# Lesson Booking & Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing to learn with me! To ensure lessons run smoothly and to respect everyone's time, please read the policy below before booking. ## Booking * Lessons must be booked through the booking system. * Please arrive on time to make the most of your lesson. * If you are more than **15 minutes late**, the lesson may be considered a no-show and will still be charged. ## Cancellation & Rescheduling * **More than 12 hours before your lesson:** You may cancel or reschedule **free of charge**. * **Less than 12 hours before your lesson:** The lesson fee is **non-refundable**, and the lesson cannot be rescheduled. * If you do not attend your lesson without notice, the full lesson fee will be charged. ## Technical Issues * If you experience technical difficulties on your side (internet, device, audio, etc.), the lesson will continue where possible, and the lesson time cannot be extended. * If I experience technical issues that significantly affect the lesson, we will reschedule the lesson at no extra cost. ## Punctuality * Please join the lesson at the scheduled time. * Lessons finish at the agreed end time, even if you arrive late. ## Commitment to Learning Regular attendance is key to making fast progress.
